Famed Hollywood Comedian to Entertain at Youth Conference In Jacksonville, Florida November 21 and 22

Los Angeles, CA - A heart for ministering to young adults, actor, writer, producer, comedian and devout Christian, Ron McGehee will be performing at the Argyle Church of Christ on November 21 and 22. McGehee has played many roles but his most important one is to minister to our youth. He has a knack of reaching students through humor in such a way that they want to seek a closer relationship with Christ.

Whether he is in front of a camera or a microphone on stage, Ron McGehee is completely at home when he’s entertaining audiences. As a veteran of standup comedy, Ron has successfully translated his family - friendly stage presence to the small screen by hosting and appearing in several television productions. McGehee has become renowned for his clean standup comedy and many television appearances and knows how to speak the language and communicate the gospel subtlety to a youth audience.

A producer of Non Toxic Comedy, Ron McGehee has headlined at such venues as the World Famous Improv Comedy Clubs and The Comedy Store. He has made a number of guest television appearances including NBC's "Last Comic Standing 2", Comedy Central, ABC Family, and Oxygen Network and has also written for The Late, Late Show with Craig Kilborn, The Carson Daily Show, and Jimmy Kimmel. He tours throughout the U.S. performing stand up and speaking at churches and colleges bringing his life lessons and hilarious multi cultural humor to audiences nationally. His new film ENGAGED is set to hit the festival circuit and premiered at CINERGY 2008 held at the Japan America Theatre in downtown Los Angeles on November 1, 2008.
